Partner Support Representative with German
We are looking for a German-speaking Partner Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our partners, providing assistance via email, chat, and phone. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless partner experience by delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for German-speaking partners, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.

Provide assistance via email, live chat, and phone across a variety of topics including account management, product navigation, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve more complex cases.

Accurately document partner interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.

Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.

Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation to enhance the support experience.

Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience for Fraud Activity Roles
- Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1-C2) both spoken and written, plus strong command of English (B2/C1 level).

Prior experience in customer support, partner support, or client-facing role preferred.

Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
