About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high service quality, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relations and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Supervise menu planning, food production, and hygiene standards.
• Manage orders, stock, and supplier relations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring team discipline and performance.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and monthly results; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle invoicing, cash flow, and administrative reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English (German is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
