Dealership Customer Service Specialist (French / Dutch / Flemish Dutch)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join an international automotive project in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium automotive brand, supporting customers throughout their entire journey - from initial interest to after-sales follow-up.
The role combines customer service, product guidance, and relationship management rather than hard sales. You’ll work with warm leads, helping them explore vehicle options, book test drives, and receive post-visit care, ensuring every interaction feels premium.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming warm leads and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Support customers from inquiry to test-drive booking and post-appointment follow-up.
- Coordinate with dealerships to ensure smooth scheduling and a seamless experience.
- Share detailed product knowledge in a consultative and engaging manner.
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date information.
- Gather feedback after test drives and assist customers with the next steps.
- Promote brand loyalty and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in one of the following languages - French or Dutch or Flemish Dutch and French bilingual specialists (C1/C2) and fluency in English (B2).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account Management, ideally within the automotive, retail, or luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be available to work on-site in Barcelona.
