This role offers a challenging and strategic environment, requiring both hands-on analytical capability and leadership in process improvement for complex, multi-country operations.
Responsibilities

- Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes aligned with business objectives and data governance principles.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, gap analyses, business glossaries, and data flow mappings.
- Support the Business Analyst Lead and Project Managers in day-to-day project planning, execution, and milestone delivery.
- Define and execute test scenarios, perform validation testing (including UAT), and ensure solutions meet Finance and Risk requirements.
- Contribute to the deployment of test automation and data migration workstreams within the CTRM rollout.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems, overseeing governance frameworks that maintain compliance and operational accuracy.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for both legacy and new systems, promoting adoption and best practices.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment across time zones and business units.
- Lead investigations into complex business incidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Maintain structured communication channels with stakeholders, challenging existing workflows where necessary to deliver pragmatic and efficient solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving consistency in business analysis practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations, Middle Office, or Business Analyst within the agri-commodity trading industry - experience with coffee or cocoa is a strong advantage.
