Position: Head of Partnerships (LATAM)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement / B2B Contract
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and organize regular meetings with partnership and business development teams to evaluate results, resolve issues, and plan strategic actions.
- Track market trends, industry changes, and competitor movements to spot growth and improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure partnership strategies complement overall company goals.
- Oversee compliance with contracts and relevant regulations regarding partnerships.
- Design and implement training initiatives to enhance team skills and career growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) with strong written and spoken skills, plus good command of English (minimum B2).
- 3 to 5 years in senior roles related to business development, partnerships, or management (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional/Country Manager).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities with a talent for motivating others.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and strategic planning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Adaptable and efficient in a fast-moving work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- High professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
