Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor live operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, report, and document any irregularities, suspicious activities, or operational problems promptly and accurately.
• Assist with investigations by collecting evidence, reviewing footage or data, and compiling detailed incident reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations to uphold the integrity of business processes.
• Mentor and guide team members, especially in managing complex or sensitive cases.
• Identify ways to enhance surveillance methods, operational workflows, and training programs for the team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all tasks.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Português (nível C1) and English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proven background in surveillance, monitoring, compliance, or related areas; leadership or senior-level experience is a plus.
• Strong grasp of operational risks, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of mentoring and supporting colleagues effectively.
• Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills focused on risk identification and mitigation.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to detect irregularities in live or changing environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, within a 24/7 operational environment.
• High professionalism, integrity, and sense of accountability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with monitoring or surveillance technologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or equivalents.
• Experience with process improvement, compliance, or security-driven initiatives.
