Corporate Client Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to support administrative, operational, and client-service activities within a professional services environment. You will manage client portfolios, process changes, coordinate data updates, and ensure accurate documentation across multiple systems and departments.
This position is ideal for someone organized, service-minded, and comfortable handling complex processes in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely handling of data and documentation.
- Support onboarding of new clients, updates, and changes to existing records.
- Process client requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare summaries, correspondence, and data reports for internal or external use.
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams on account reconciliations, reports, and validations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Professional qualification or relevant experience in administration, client service, or operations (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, German and English (C1).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive and organized, with good prioritization and time management skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and a service-oriented mindset.
