Project Engineer (Technical Systems & Sustainable Solutions)
We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage and develop technical projects within a growing engineering and services environment. You will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies to client delivery, while ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance with performance objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical studies and project development, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and deadlines.
- Support the preparation of tenders, bids, and authorisation requests in collaboration with commercial and technical departments.
- Develop and manage conceptual and detailed designs, monitoring the progress of assigned projects.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient project communication and documentation.
- Analyse project performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in the definition and negotiation of technical or contractual terms with clients and suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the implementation of innovative technical solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, technical design, or system development.
- Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in German, French and English (C1).
- Autonomous, organised, and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A background in sustainable technologies, industrial systems, or process optimisation is considered an asset.
