Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and assess health-related prompts following established guidelines.
• Evaluate AI model responses for correctness, helpfulness, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Detect mistakes, hallucinations, or unsuitable content and provide constructive feedback.
• Record issues and recommend enhancements for guidelines and AI outputs.
• Join team calibration meetings and share best practices.
• Handle multiple tasks independently while maintaining strong teamwork.
• Adhere to company and client policies, KPIs, and confidentiality standards.
• Support workflow optimization and perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Deutsch (written and spoken) with good command of Englisch (minimum B2).
• Deep understanding of deutsche Kultur, local standards, measurements, slang, and subtleties.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
• Ability to multitask, work shifts, and manage workload independently.
• General knowledge of health and wellness; familiarity with wearable technology metrics is a plus.
• Experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is beneficial.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
