RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally and efficiently address incoming customer calls and emails
• Manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and update existing reservations
• Deliver clear and prompt information about customer orders or services
• Assist with daily operational duties in collaboration with internal teams
• Keep precise records of customer communications and transactions
• Act as a company ambassador with excellent communication and a customer-centric mindset

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with strong written and verbal skills
• Outstanding phone and email communication abilities
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, booking platforms, and other digital tools
• Ability to work flexibly between office and remote settings
• Previous experience in customer service or handling reservations is preferred
• Interest or knowledge in golf or digital media is beneficial but not mandatory
• Reliable commuting capability; driver's license and car preferred
