Forex Business Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth across Russian-speaking markets within the EURASIA region. This role is ideal for a results-driven FX professional who understands the dynamics of CIS trading communities, local acquisition channels, and the competitive landscape of online brokerage. You will be responsible for developing regional business, strengthening brand presence, and supporting market-specific initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business across Russian-speaking countries, establishing a sustainable client base and driving regional expansion.
- Execute day-to-day BD operations including outreach, follow-ups, and management of local partners, IBs, traders, and affiliates.
- Handle communication with clients via phone, email, and live chat to support onboarding, trading-related queries, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to adapt global marketing strategies to regional needs, including localized promotions, landing pages, materials, and campaigns.
- Manage and grow local-language social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, etc.) and contribute to community engagement in regional FX forums.
- Organize and facilitate online and offline client events such as webinars, seminars, and training sessions in the native language.
- Provide translation and localization support for websites, banners, newsletters, and other marketing content.
- Monitor regional competitors, market trends, client behaviors, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Meet monthly business development targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/near-native Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Fluency in at least one other language: Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek, or Hebrew.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FX/CFD brokerage - essential.
- Strong background in business development, sales, partnerships, or affiliate/IB management within the FX industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for industry events, seminars, or market visits when required.
