Program Manager
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-impact sales team and drive growth for a leading global technology client. In this role, you will own strategic sales planning, guide team development, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to accelerate customer acquisition and expand market presence, making it ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about enabling teams to deliver outstanding results.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on winning new customers and growing existing accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day communication and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
- Set clear program goals and deliver effective sales and operational solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, including presentations to senior leadership and C‑Suite stakeholders.
- Oversee inside sales and field sales performance, including quota setting, forecasting, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Coach and mentor team members using structured performance management, training programs, and tailored development plans.
- Motivate and support team members by understanding their individual drivers and promoting both personal and professional growth.
- Manage strategic planning timelines, key program deliverables, and performance expectations to ensure consistent execution.
- Maintain staffing effectiveness through thoughtful hiring, retention strategies, performance planning, and corrective actions when needed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Leadership, Business Intelligence, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and other core teams to achieve program goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives to scale the program and adjust to evolving client and market needs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a sales environment with direct leadership of individual contributors and/or frontline managers.
- Proven success managing client and stakeholder relationships in complex, high-value programs.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets across office-based, hybrid, or virtual teams.
- Ability to interpret sales data and reporting to drive informed performance decisions and outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales acceleration tools.
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions to deliver shared business objectives.
- Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in delivering live and virtual business reviews and executive-level presentations.
- Experience coaching and teaching sales methodologies to elevate overall team performance.
- Understanding of core project management principles, including time management and ownership of milestones.
- Comfort managing budgets, P&L components, and related program expenses.
