Inside Sales Representative with German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking SMB Inside Sales Representative to join a rapidly expanding program focused on advanced AI solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strong customer relationships, and managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to closing deals. This role suits a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at consultative selling.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound efforts including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by initiating meaningful connections with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs in-depth to deliver customized solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver persuasive presentations outlining recommended offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client contacts in CRM systems.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level proficiency in English; additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven track record in outbound sales, ideally within B2B, technology, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Effective persuasive and consultative selling skills.
- Basic technical understanding and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- Receptive to feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach toward goal achievement.
