We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join our expanding team. You will collaborate closely with the Head of BI to manage and develop data pipelines, reporting processes, and business intelligence dashboards. This role is vital for maintaining data integrity, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting, and delivering actionable insights across the organization. You will handle data integration from multiple sources, support ETL efficiency, build Tableau dashboards, and provide meaningful analytics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries with a focus on PostgreSQL.
• Build dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Integrate data from internal systems and external APIs, managing REST API data retrieval including authentication and pagination.
• Automate reporting processes using basic Python or Bash scripts.
• Support regulatory and management reporting to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor data quality and perform ongoing validations.
• Document workflows and keep organized internal records.
• Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Compliance, and Finance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting roles.
• Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard design and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of APIs including GET/POST requests, authentication, pagination, and JSON handling.
• Basic skills in Python or Bash for automation and data manipulation.
• Proficient in Excel.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and thorough documentation skills.
