Customer Support Representative with Thai (FX Industry)
Position: Customer Support Representative (Thai-speaking)
Location: Remote - Southeast Asia
Employment Type: Service Agreement / Self-employment (no formal employment contract)
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live support to clients globally
- Respond to emails, assist with account creation, updates, and maintain client records
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette and call management
- Manage back-office queries effectively
- Support clients with technical issues and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with management and various departments to resolve client concerns
- Assist clients with Trading Platform inquiries and troubleshooting
- Ensure high-quality service in handling client inquiries
- Promote company products and services, delivering relevant information to clients
- Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Contribute to team goals by meeting set targets
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Thai speaker, both spoken and written, with fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Prior knowledge of the Forex (FX) industry is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a related customer support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday
