Customer Support Agent with Arabic (Forex)
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-paced, international financial services environment. This role is fully on-site and focuses on delivering high-quality support to both new leads and existing clients across multiple communication channels, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and a consistently positive client experience.
Responsibilities
Manage customer communication via chat, email, phone calls, and client portal
Receive and handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely support
Ensure responses are delivered within defined service timeframes
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of all interactions
Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex or technical inquiries
Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks when required
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Adhere to standard processes, procedures, and quality guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support or client service roles
Background or exposure to Forex / financial markets is an advantage
Native or fluent Arabic and strong English (minimum B2), written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong phone handling skills and active listening ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning / afternoon / night)
