Position: Thai-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote (South East Asia)
Employment Type: Service Agreement/Self-Employment (No Employment Contract Available)
Remuneration: Fixed Monthly Payment + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live support to clients worldwide via phone, email, and other channels.

• Handle email inquiries, client account openings/amendments, record maintenance, and back-office queries.

• Deliver exceptional telephone etiquette and issue resolution across departments.

• Offer technical troubleshooting and support for trading platforms.

• Manage client inquiries with high service standards, promote products/services, and share relevant details.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Report to management, collaborate interdepartmentally, and contribute to team goals by meeting targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Thai speaker (oral and written); fluent English (minimum B2 level).

• FX industry knowledge is a significant advantage.

• Prior experience in similar roles is highly preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).

• Ability to thrive under pressure with efficient performance.

• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word).

• Availability: Monday to Friday.
