Role Overview:
We're seeking a Financial Analyst to track financial health, evaluate performance, and inform strategic decisions. You'll review P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows; calculate key ratios; and deliver insights to boost cost efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows to gauge performance and stability.

• Spot trends, variances, and risks affecting profitability.

• Calculate and track ratios like COGS, OPEX, margins, and liquidity.

• Create dashboards and reports for better visibility and decisions.

• Partner with departments on budgeting, spending limits, and variance tracking.

• Recommend cost controls and implement allocation models for accountability.

• Optimize COGS/OPEX for improved margins and efficiency.

• Maintain cash reserves; suggest safe investments (e.g., MMFs, fixed deposits).

• Manage internal portfolios; build monthly/quarterly forecasts and scenario models.

• Develop policies for spending, reimbursements, and payments.

• Liaise with accountants, auditors, and banks as needed.

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, treasury, or financial analysis.

• Expertise in statement analysis, trends, and performance metrics.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling.

• Experience with financial systems and BI tools.

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
