About the Role
Our Customer Care Advisor team offers top-tier, personalized assistance to hotel partners, guests, travel agents, and international sales teams. This position plays a key role in delivering smooth support for Group Housing, Exclusive Services, and Special Programs Customer Care, with meticulous, forward-thinking handling of intricate bookings and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee corporate, wholesale, and package bookings, including creation, changes, cancellations, and reconfirmations, following property rules and pricing standards.
Deliver targeted language assistance in German, Polish, French, Italian, plus English, for Exclusive Services, Group Housing, and Special Programs.
Serve as a liaison for hotel operations and global sales, ensuring precise reservations, room blocks, and coordination.
Manage VIP inquiries by gathering and relaying guest details, event specifics, and arrival info for tailored experiences.
Aid travel agents and guests with invoice access, billing/commission questions, confirmations, and property connections, while upholding data privacy.
Handle ADA needs, unique requests, early arrivals, late check-ins, no-show policies, and issue resolution with partners for prompt, expert results.
Resolve Virtual Credit Card (VCC) glitches and takeover requests, applying benefits correctly.
Track open items, follow up with properties, and keep communication proactive for efficient service and fixes.
Support loyalty programs with enrollments, upgrades, and status monitoring.
Requirements
Native or fluent Polish speaker (at least B2 level), with solid English skills (minimum B1) in speaking and writing.
Background in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or travel operations.
Deep understanding of corporate, wholesale, and group booking workflows.
Outstanding attention to detail and multitasking in a high-pressure setting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with hotel teams and partners.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and premium customer service.
Skill in handling confidential guest data professionally.
