Procurement Specialist
About the Role
We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to own day-to-day procurement operations in a fast-moving media/tech environment. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, negotiation and supplier management.
You will act as the go-to person for procurement activities, solving operational challenges, managing vendor relationships and ensuring purchasing runs smoothly across the business. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract execution
Run RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or delivery
Resolve procurement issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly
Partner with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines
Track spend and support budget control initiatives
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards
Maintain accurate records and reporting on supplier performance and purchasing activity
Requirements
3-5 years of procurement experience, ideally in media or tech environments
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate independently
Proven negotiation and vendor management experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with procurement systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
