About the Role
We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support procurement operations and act as a key operational partner to the Procurement Specialist. This role is focused on coordination, vendor communication and keeping procurement workflows running efficiently.

You will manage sourcing administration, assist with vendor relationships and step in wherever needed to maintain operational continuity. This is an role for someone highly organized, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sourcing and procurement activities

• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, timelines, and documentation

• Maintain vendor records and sourcing data

• Assist in supplier onboarding and relationship management

• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding items

• Provide administrative support across procurement workflows

• Step in to cover operational gaps when required

• Help maintain smooth communication between internal teams and vendors

• Ensure sourcing documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or operations support

• Strong organizational and workload management skills

• Vendor coordination or supplier management experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Comfortable working fully on-site
