Affiliate Manager with Spanish (Forex Industry)
Position: Affiliate Manager
Location: Remote (EMEA or LATAM region)
Work Model: Fully remote
Employment Type: Full-time (Service Agreement)
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new affiliates/IBs while nurturing ongoing relationships with existing ones.
Oversee and optimize affiliate programs and related activities.
Engage with clients to address inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
Source affiliate/traffic networks, negotiate partnerships, and integrate them into the program.
Handle contract negotiations for new affiliates and renewals with current partners.
Develop ROI-based proposals to attract and onboard new affiliates.
Monitor affiliate sites for fraud, policy breaches (e.g., spam or data leaks), and compliance.
Evaluate sales reports to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements or terminations.
Analyze demographics and data to spot new market opportunities.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce GEO-specific promotional materials for affiliates.
Draft marketing briefs for campaign assets, new ideas, and affiliate bonus promotions.
Represent the company at global events like exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (C1 level, spoken and written) and English (minimum B2).
1-2 years in an Affiliate Manager role.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or similar (preferred).
Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing for FX brokers.
Strong knowledge of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
Excellent planning, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with affiliate networks.
Self-starter who thrives under deadlines, with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, plus a curious, upbeat mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Willingness to travel for conferences or team meetings as required.
