Operation Manager (Studio)
Position: Operations Manager
Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Compensation: Base salary plus performance bonuses
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations in assigned areas, ensuring seamless execution and providing direction to team leads.
Create and roll out strategies to optimize operational workflows.
Inspire, guide, and develop teams to build an environment of teamwork, creativity, and top-tier results.
Oversee project planning and delivery to support company objectives.
Uphold superior quality in all team activities, workflows, and initiatives for outstanding outcomes.
Track and evaluate team results via core metrics and KPIs, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.
Partner across departments to align activities with overarching business aims.
Cultivate efficiency, regulatory adherence, and adaptability, aligning operations with strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) in speaking and writing.
Bachelor’s degree desirable, or comparable education, training, and hands-on experience.
Minimum 5 years in management positions with demonstrated success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven leadership in building and coaching high-achieving teams.
Sharp decision-making skills.
Thrives in high-energy, ever-changing settings.
Gaming or entertainment sector background is advantageous but optional.
Selected candidates must commit to 2–3 months initial training and onboarding at the Bogotá, Colombia office.
