About the Role
We're seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a reliable inbound support project in the energy and property services industry. In this position, you'll deliver expert assistance to property managers and tenants through phone and written channels, addressing service requests, scheduling, and billing questions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Process written customer requests efficiently during service hours.
Help with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling installation service appointments.
Offer basic troubleshooting for smoke detectors (no technical expertise needed).
Support billing questions, clarify invoice details, and assist with customer portal navigation.
Arrange meter reading appointments and handle general service inquiries.
Provide top-tier customer service purely inbound—no sales or outbound calls.
Requirements
Native or fluent German (spoken and written); fluent English (B2 level minimum).
Prior experience or keen interest in phone-based inbound support.
Reliable high-speed internet and power for remote work (speed test required).
Strong computer and digital communication proficiency.
Patient, calm demeanor with clear, organized communication.
Dependable work ethic, fast learner, and readiness for written inquiries.
Commitment to long-term customer service (no sales-focused roles).
