Madia Buying Affiliate Manager - iGaming (LATAM market)
Role Overview
We're looking for a high-performing Affiliate Manager skilled in traffic generation, partner ecosystems, and performance marketing in LATAM regions. You'll oversee affiliate collaborations, refine paid channel strategies, and fuel client acquisition expansion with quantifiable results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Source, integrate, and oversee affiliate networks, media buyers, and direct traffic providers in LATAM
Assist in negotiating and fine-tuning CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deals with key internal teams
Evaluate campaign results via metrics like CPA, NGR, LTV, and ROI to enable ongoing enhancements
Experiment with and expand new traffic streams in display, native, push, social, SEO, and content formats
Work with creative, product, and analytics groups to boost landing pages, user journeys, and conversion rates
Verify that partner efforts meet brand standards and regulatory demands
Aid in reporting, budget oversight, projections, and performance reviews
Help localize campaigns for cultural fit across LATAM audiences
Track market shifts, rivals, and fresh prospects to inform expansion plans
Requirements
3+ years directly handling affiliate management or media buying, ideally in LATAM, within iGaming
Track record of managing media spend and hitting acquisition targets per KPIs
Solid grasp of LATAM affiliate networks, CPA tools, and traffic providers
Established connections with LATAM networks, publishers, or media partners a big plus
English fluency essential; Spanish or Portuguese highly valued
Self-reliant in a rapid, results-focused setting with multiple partnerships
Hands-on with A/B testing for creatives, pages, and funnels
Experience with LATAM influencers or streamers
At ease with LATAM time zones from a Cyprus location
