About the Role
We're seeking a strategic, data-savvy Head of Digital Marketing to transform analytics into actionable growth. This position leads the worldwide digital marketing efforts, excelling in lead generation and client wins via sophisticated analytics, attribution, and performance tactics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Craft and direct comprehensive global digital strategies spanning paid search, display, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and retargeting.

• Design, launch, and refine top-tier campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic platforms.

• Create and expand a unified lead gen system through audience targeting, funnel tweaks, and performance tracking.

• Convert business goals into practical, trackable digital plans that hit growth milestones.

• Promote a data-centric culture by linking digital analytics to business intel for real insights.

• Build multi-touch attribution systems and team up with IT/analytics for better reporting, dashboards, and decisions.

• Spearhead international campaigns prioritizing ROI, lead quality, scalability, and lasting results.

• Manage external agencies to match strategy, deliver efficiently, and meet KPIs.

• Refine campaigns via ongoing tests on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and channels.

• Partner with internal teams like Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and regional marketing.

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency (C1 minimum), with strong written and spoken skills.

• At least 4 years in digital/performance marketing, including 2+ years leading full-cycle paid media strategies.

• Track record of data-driven lead gen in financial services or FX trading.

• Expert in multi-channel attribution, funnel analysis, and media mix modeling.

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tools like Power BI.

• Experience handling big media budgets with proven ROI and pipeline effects.

• Analytical, growth-oriented thinker who turns data into business strategies.

• Superior leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.
