About the Role
You'll fuel revenue growth by pitching advertising and promo solutions to merchants like restaurants, retail shops, and food outlets. Focus on forging client relationships, grasping their objectives, and suggesting customized ad strategies to boost platform visibility, engagement, and sales. In a vibrant, expanding setting, you'll guide merchants on optimizing digital campaigns through sharp communication and data insights, enhancing performance and results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify merchants' needs and propose top advertising/promo options on the platform.

• Nurture client relationships and manage campaigns for smooth delivery and strong outcomes.

• Offer proactive support and advice to lift sales and client happiness.

• Evaluate challenges and match them with ideal ad/promo solutions.

• Build and pursue sales plans to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

• Train merchants on campaign benefits to maximize their earnings.

• Analyze performance via dashboards to spot improvement chances.

• Generate leads through outbound efforts like calls and emails.

Requirements

• Native or C1-level German fluency, plus C1 English (spoken and written).

• 2–4 years in sales, advertising, or similar roles.

• Degree in Business Operations, Administration, Communication, Computer Science, or related field.

• Background in ad agencies, pre-sales, or outbound sales (including cold calling).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents.

• Analytical thinker with solid decision-making.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
