Crafted for expert business developers with established local networks, this role transforms reliable contacts into fintech partnerships, advancing the company's global strategy and LATAM foothold.
Responsibilities
Pinpoint and approach standout partners such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading hubs, finance influencers, and distribution partners to widen the regional web.
Harness your client lists and pro ties to initiate and expand fintech/trading collaborations.
Construct and handle a solid partner pipeline, immersing in local business networks, events, and ecosystems.
Promote the brand across LATAM's finance and venture scenes to enhance recognition and authority.
Demonstrate partnership frameworks and earnings potential, forging equitable agreements.
Shift proven relationships into growth-ready affiliate models and lasting partnerships.
Spark deposits and trading volume through partners, prioritizing activation, interaction, and loyalty.
Establish consistent monthly volume via sustained partner efforts.
Create tiered affiliate/Sub-IB setups for ongoing regional development.
Integrate local growth plans with global partnership structures.
Serve as LATAM growth pioneer, coaching rising leaders and supplying market wisdom for worldwide expansion.
Requirements
Professional English proficiency plus C1 Spanish (spoken and written).
Solid history in business development, partnerships, or revenue commercial roles.
Exceptional networking with a built-in network of clients, investors, or key contacts.
Track record of profiting from relationship-based opportunities.
Experience in market scaling or ecosystem building.
Entrepreneurial outlook with keen commercial insight and strategy.
Superior negotiation, deal-crafting, and relationship skills.
Polished communication for executive interactions.
Basic finance, investments, or trading familiarity a bonus (not essential).
