About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Head of IB for Thailand to fuel growth in forex and fintech. In this key leadership position, you'll forge strategic alliances, boost market reach, and guide top-tier Business Development teams toward bold revenue and expansion goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Drive IB growth and performance in Thailand, hitting targets for revenue, trading volume, and market share.
Create and implement a Thailand-specific strategy to supercharge regional results.
Spot opportunities, tackle challenges, and deliver tangible growth.
Lead, coach, and inspire Business Development Managers to meet personal and collective goals.
Set KPIs, track progress, and provide coaching or adjustments as needed.
Develop tactics for onboarding new partners and nurturing existing ones.
Partner with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams on performance-boosting initiatives.
Review partner metrics, market data, and operations to uncover optimization opportunities.
Cultivate enduring partner relationships to unlock maximum value.
Use analytics to inform decisions and elevate team outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or equivalent.
5+ years in Forex/Fintech Business Development and IB management, including 2–3 years leading teams.
Full fluency in Thai and English, with sharp skills for strategic and commercial discussions.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-achieving BD teams.
Expert relationship-building and stakeholder skills for senior-level engagements.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Deep knowledge of financial markets, particularly forex, crypto, or trading.
Proven negotiation, pitching, and listening skills with a history of successful partnerships.
