B2B Sales Representative with German
Position: B2B Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Bulgaria)
Work Model: Fully remote

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively reach out to current clients to promote and sell additional FinTech products
Handle a large volume of outbound calls (cold/warm) and emails in daily prospecting efforts
Oversee a sales pipeline with a minimum of 200 active leads or up to 1,000 automated campaigns
Deliver daily/weekly updates to the Operations Team Leader on pipeline health and sales achievements
Project weekly and monthly sales targets
Perform eCommerce market research and self-generate leads as needed
Manage account admin tasks, data input, and records with precision
Ensure consistent data accuracy and integrity
Apply a consultative, needs-based sales methodology in all interactions
Assist clients in implementing new payment gateways on their sites
Comply fully with quality and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency (C1+ level)
Proven experience in call center sales or client-facing upselling roles
High attention to detail and self-motivated work style
Results-oriented with personal ownership of targets
Outgoing, confident demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication
Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office expertise
Strong team collaboration abilities
Reliable home office setup with stable high-speed internet
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
