Duties & Responsibilities
Launch and manage outreach efforts via direct outreach, social media, email, and events to attract potential partners.
Create, maintain, and refine sales/partnership pipelines with consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
Grow and oversee regional/international partner networks, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and results.
Forge and sustain ties with key partners and premium clients to drive sustained growth.
Pitch company offerings, negotiate deals, and finalize partnership contracts.
Guide new partner onboarding, covering contracts, compliance, and program integration.
Team up with internal groups for smooth transitions and continuous partner support.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and demands to spot fresh opportunities.
Measure and report on KPIs like partner wins and business outcomes.
Requirements
Fluent Spanish (C1 level, written and spoken) plus solid English (B2+).
3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (ideally in high-pressure, goal-oriented sectors).
Solid grasp of partnership structures, client management, and growth tactics.
Track record in deal negotiation, closing, and relationship building.
Top-notch organization, communication, and analysis skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Hands-on with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and metrics management.
Proven skill in chasing new opportunities.
Ready to travel and attend industry events as needed.
