Position: Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Remote, Brazil

Duties & Responsibilities

• Roll out LATAM marketing campaigns aligned with global goals and schedules.

• Oversee full-cycle campaign execution across digital, social, email, performance marketing, partnerships, and events.

• Organize local brand initiatives like events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotions.

• Handle adaptation and deployment of marketing materials in Spanish/Portuguese, maintaining brand standards.

• Drive CRM campaigns for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

• Manage campaign ops: briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance, and progress tracking.

• Serve as key liaison between Central Marketing and LATAM teams.

• Spot operational hurdles and streamline workflows for better efficiency.

• Monitor, assess, and report on campaign delivery and results.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish; professional English (B2 minimum).

• 3+ years in marketing execution, campaign management, or ops.

• Essential: FX/FinTech industry background.

• Experience running multi-market campaigns and coordinating across countries.

• Practical use of CRM/email tools (HubSpot preferred).

• Excellent multitasking for juggling multiple campaigns.

• Strong LATAM market knowledge; Brazil-based ideal.

• Regulated FinTech/financial services experience is a bonus.
