F&B Manager
As F&B Manager, you will lead the entire Food & Beverage function, overseeing multiple outlets and taking full ownership of operational and financial performance. You will play a key role in shaping the F&B offering, driving service standards, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all outlets.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full F&B team, including Outlet Managers
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control of the department
Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, and stock control
Design and optimize F&B offerings, pricing, and margins
Ensure high service standards and consistent guest experience
Oversee staff planning, scheduling, and workforce allocation
Lead, coach, and develop team members, including onboarding and training
Drive operational efficiency across all outlets
Requirements
Completed qualification in hospitality or service-related field
Several years of experience in F&B operations
Previous leadership experience in a similar role
Strong product knowledge within Food & Beverage
Fluent German and English (both essential)
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on leadership style with a structured and solution-oriented approach
