As a Junior Lawyer within the Capital Markets & Banking team, you will work on complex, cross-border transactions and regulatory matters, supporting clients across international financial markets. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment, contributing to high-level legal work alongside experienced lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and support negotiation of legal documentation

• Assist on capital markets and structured finance transactions

• Support clients on financial regulatory matters

• Work on multi-jurisdictional deals involving various stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams and international offices

Requirements

• European-qualified lawyer (or in the process of qualification)

• Up to 2 years of professional experience

• Strong academic background

• Fluent German, French and English (both essential)

• Luxembourgish is a plus

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Client-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach
