About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Technical Solutions Consultant to join a growing commercial team. This role acts as a key link between client needs and product capabilities, supporting the sales process from early-stage discussions through to deal support.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, run product demonstrations, and address technical queries.
This is a commercial, client-facing pre-sales role -not a software development or IT position.
Key Responsibilities
Support Sales in delivering tailored product demos to a variety of stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and end users)
Align product presentations with clinical trial workflows, terminology, and compliance standards
Assist in preparing solution proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
Respond to technical and product-related queries in a clear and timely manner
Gather and structure client feedback to support product improvements
Collaborate with Marketing on technical messaging (e.g. content, webinars, materials)
Stay up to date with developments in healthtech, AI, and relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR, GCP)
Act as a bridge between clients, commercial teams, and product/engineering
Support cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a pre-sales role (e.g. Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant) within SaaS, cloud, or regulated tech environments
Experience supporting sales processes and delivering product demos
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including business and IT teams
Understanding of data-driven environments and agile methodologies
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Knowledge of clinical trials, healthcare, or compliance frameworks is advantageous
Interest or exposure to AI/ML technologies is beneficial
