CRM Administrator
Position: CRM Administrator
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after initial 3-month onboarding period
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and upkeep of the company's CRM platform
Manage user account creation, updates, deactivation, and access rights
Track system performance and flag technical problems
Ensure data integrity through uploads, clean-ups, and accuracy checks
Help configure workflows, automations, and custom settings
Administer Zendesk, handling ticket views, triggers, automations, and user permissions
Oversee ticket volume and proper assignment
Produce reports on ticket efficiency and team KPIs
Streamline Zendesk support workflows
Deliver initial internal troubleshooting for system queries
Coordinate with third-party vendors on escalated tech issues
Participate in testing new features, integrations, and updates
Document all configurations and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, IT, or equivalent
1–2 years' hands-on experience with CRM platforms
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools (e.g., views, triggers, ticket handling, user management)
Keen eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities
Solid grasp of system logic, workflows, and data handling
Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting functions
Capacity to work autonomously while juggling priorities
Prior experience in financial services or forex is a plus
Basic understanding of APIs or integrations is advantageous
Knowledge of CRM automation is beneficial
