Export Sales Manager - SaaS Solutions (DACH & Central Europe)
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Export Sales Manager to develop business across German-speaking markets and selected Central European territories. This role combines direct B2B sales, partner network development, and territory management within a fast-growing technology environment.
You will be responsible for driving new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle while promoting innovative SaaS solutions across international markets.
Responsibilities
Develop sales activities across assigned territories, including German-speaking Switzerland, Austria, and Poland
Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and business development initiatives
Build, manage, and grow a network of distributors, resellers, and business partners
Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Present and demonstrate software solutions to customers and partners
Understand customer needs and position tailored solutions that deliver business value
Manage incoming opportunities while actively generating new business within the territory
Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across the region
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reporting
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Requirements
Proven experience in international B2B sales of SaaS, software, or technology solutions
Strong track record of business development and territory growth
Experience managing channel partners, distributors, or reseller networks
Ability to work independently and drive commercial activities across multiple markets
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Consultative sales approach with a customer-focused mindset
Interest in technology, software, and digital solutions
Experience selling into international or DACH markets is highly desirable
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
Valid driving licence and ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment
