Technical Product Manager - Hardware Security & TPM
We are looking for a senior Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in hardware security, Trusted Platform Modules (TPM), and Secure Elements. Sitting at the intersection of technology, customers, market strategy, and sales, you will own the positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for security products targeting enterprise, data center, and industrial infrastructure environments.
This is a highly technical product role. You will need to understand embedded security architectures, the TPM ecosystem, certification requirements, and hardware security technologies while being able to translate that expertise into compelling products, market positioning, and commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
Own market and customer requirements for TPM and Secure Element product lines.
Develop Market Requirements Documents based on direct research with customers, partners, OEMs, and ODMs.
Define product positioning and lead go-to-market strategy and execution.
Build and maintain multi-generation product roadmaps.
Develop business cases and contribute to product P&L management.
Identify technology, cybersecurity, regulatory, and market developments that should influence the product roadmap.
Engage with standards bodies and anticipate upcoming certification requirements.
Lead product launches in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
Define and track key GTM metrics, including design-win pipeline, sampling requests, lead generation, and technical collateral engagement.
Support Sales with technical customer presentations and deal shaping for strategic accounts.
Develop differentiated technical and commercial product narratives.
Represent the product portfolio at relevant industry events and within the wider technology ecosystem.
Work closely with engineering, firmware, sales, customers, and external partners.
Travel internationally as required, particularly to the US and Taiwan.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in technology product development or related technical roles, including at least 3 years focused on hardware products within security, networking, or compute infrastructure.
Proven experience with Trusted Platform Modules (TPM), including certification and real-world application.sdx
Deep understanding of TPM 2.0 and TCG specifications.
Strong knowledge of embedded security technologies, hardware root of trust, and cryptographic services.
Experience across the TPM ecosystem, including BIOS/firmware integration, Microsoft Windows HLK, Linux IMA, TPM2-tools, and platform attestation.
Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications such as TCG, FIPS 140-3, and Common Criteria is highly desirable.
Experience with product definition, roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategy.
Ability to work directly with customers, partners, OEMs/ODMs, and commercial teams.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value.
A hands-on Field Application Engineer / FAE background combined with strong business acumen and an interest in product strategy is also highly relevant.
Fluent English is essential.
French is an advantage but not required.
