Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical functions, from talent identification and initial outreach through to interviews, offer management and candidate acceptance.
Identify, map and engage high-performing professionals from leading technology companies and major international talent hubs.

Help implement and optimise an AI-first recruitment infrastructure using AI agents, automation tools, specialist communities and alternative sourcing channels.

Ensure a professional, transparent and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment content and talent attraction campaigns.
Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing efficiency and hiring quality as the organisation scales.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment experience, including at least 2 years specialising in technology recruitment.
Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and attracting candidates internationally, particularly across major technology markets such as the USA, Europe and LATAM.
